By booking onto a training session, course or workshop ('EVENT') you confirm that you will be in attendance for the whole duration and agree to this cancellation policy and terms of service.

If you are unable to attend the EVENT you are booked on to, you may substitute (by prior arrangement and after notifying us via email: info@meshtraining.co.uk) your place to someone else.

If you are unable to attend or do not attend and are not in a position to substitute your place for another person to any EVENT, you will be subject to the following cancellation fee structure. This applies for all training sessions, consultations, and digital services:

Notice Provided Cancellation Fee Refund Amount
10+ Working Days 25% of Total Fee 75% Refund
5 to 9 Working Days 50% of Total Fee 50% Refund
3 to 4 Working Days 75% of Total Fee 25% Refund
Less than 48 Hours 100% of Total Fee No Refund

For workshops involving more than 10 participants or multi-day activities, a minimum of 15 working days' notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 15 working days' notice are subject to a fixed 50% non-refundable fee of the total project cost to cover logistics and resource allocation.

Should you wish to rearrange your booking, you may request for your booking to be converted into credit, which may be used on any other EVENT of your choice of an equivalent value. All rescheduled sessions will incur a flat administration fee of £50 to cover logistical adjustments. Requests made with less than 5 working days' notice will be treated as a cancellation and will require a new booking at the full rate, unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations and/or credit requests must be made via email to info@meshtraining.co.uk. Mesh Training Ltd. will confirm the request with a written acknowledgement within 24 hours of receipt.

Mesh Training Ltd is not responsible for losses incurred due to client-side cancellations. If a session is cancelled after Mesh Training has confirmed and paid for travel, rail, or overnight accommodation, the client is liable for 100% of these non-refundable costs, regardless of when the cancellation notice was given.

For rolling support subscriptions or annual service agreements, a 30-day written notice period is required via email to info@meshtraining.co.uk prior to the annual renewal date for cancellation to take effect. Failure to provide notice will result in the automatic renewal of the service for the following term.

For bookings including equipment hire, the staging fee and device deposit are strictly non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, regardless of whether the training fee is waived.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory legal rights which remain unaffected.

In order to ensure the best learning experience possible for our attendees, there will be a minimum number of delegates required for each EVENT to run effectively (these may vary depending on the EVENT booked). Therefore, when minimum course thresholds have not been met, Mesh Training Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the EVENT. Cancellations made in this circumstance by Mesh Training Ltd. will be communicated to delegates within 48 hours of the EVENT start date. Delegates may be offered a new course date and transferred to the next available EVENT. If the delegate is not able to attend on the alternative date(s) given, a full refund will be made available. Mesh Training Ltd. will aim to refund payees within 14 days of the EVENT cancellation.

Bookings to any 'EVENT' with a value over £500 requires a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be removed in the final invoice.
