Mesh Training Ltd. may send you marketing emails including newsletters, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. Mesh Training Ltd. will share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.
How Mesh Training Ltd. stores your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
Mesh Training Ltd. keep your name, contact details, company type and the city you contacted us from for 2 (two) years from the point of initial contact within the contact form hosted on the site. Mesh Training Ltd. will then dispose of your information by shredding it via an external and specialised company if written on paper or using the integrated Google Workspace data disposal system.
Digital data will be stored on a password protected folder within the company’s Google Drive file deposit. This is an encrypted, cloud based system and is not stored locally. Only the company director Priten Chauhan will have access to this information.
In the event of a data breach
In the unlikely event of a data breach, Mesh Training Ltd., will contact the affected user and the appropriate authorities within 72 hours from the point Mesh Training Ltd has been notified and/or been made aware of.
