The type of personal information we collect 

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics. This includes: Company name, Email address, Business location, business type and IP address. 

    • Mesh Training Ltd. will only be able to view personal data submitted via the contact form hosted on meshtraining.co.uk. All other personal data collected by the site will be pseudonymised and use the highest level of privacy settings available to our team. This includes password protecting stored data on our encrypted Google Drive file deposit.  

  • By using this site, you agree for Mesh Training Ltd to collect your usage data and traffic source. This includes: time spent on the site, which pages you interact with, which country you are accessing this site from and which device and/or site brought you to our site.

  • Personal Data and information is defined as any data that relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data

  • Under no circumstances will Mesh Training Ltd. collect any sensitive personal data, defined as information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life, and information about any crimes committed.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To contact you in the event we are offering a promotion to our services

  • To contact you with additional company information if requested.

  • To contact you when we require payment of a service completed.

In order to improve our products and services, you have the ability to rate us via Trustpilot (Trustpilot A/S, Pilestræde 58, 5th floor, 1112 Copenhagen, Denmark) where you can submit a rating and comment on our services. The ratings are recorded using an integrated link on our site. When you receive a review invitation via the link, you will be taken directly to the review form on Trustpilot. Alternatively, you can also rate us at any time via the Trustpilot platform. In order to submit a rating on Trustpilot, the creation of a user profile is required so that it can be published on the portal accordingly.

By submitting a review, you acknowledge that we at Mesh Training Ltd., may extract elements or the complete comment from your Trustpilot submission within our site as a testimonial. This may also include your name, an image of you, your role and place of employment. The team at Mesh Training Ltd. will be in contact with you to obtain written consent before your details are posted on the website. 

Google Analytics

Meshtraining.co.uk is paired with Google (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (650) 253-0000) Analytics and Google Search Console to allow us to understand site traffic and improve your experience of the site. All data presented is either anonymised, pseudonymised or in a numerical format. 

Google Analytics and Google Search Console services present to us the following data:

  • Average position hosted on search engines

  • Search queries

  • Pages accessed

  • Location of access

  • Device used to access

  • Search appearance

Marketing Emails

Mesh Training Ltd. may send you marketing emails including newsletters, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. Mesh Training Ltd. will share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.

How Mesh Training Ltd. stores your personal information 

Your information is securely stored.

Mesh Training Ltd. keep your name, contact details, company type and the city you contacted us from for 2 (two) years from the point of initial contact within the contact form hosted on the site. Mesh Training Ltd. will then dispose of your information by shredding it via an external and specialised company if written on paper or using the integrated Google Workspace data disposal system.

Digital data will be stored on a password protected folder within the company’s Google Drive file deposit. This is an encrypted, cloud based system and is not stored locally. Only the company director Priten Chauhan will have access to this information. 

In the event of a data breach

In the unlikely event of a data breach, Mesh Training Ltd., will contact the affected user and the appropriate authorities within 72 hours from the point Mesh Training Ltd has been notified and/or been made aware of.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
