Mesh Monthly - March ‘24 (and February, whoops)
Back in January we put out a blog launching our ‘Mesh Monthly’ newsletter. That didn’t really work out so we’re doubling up, covering our latest training and other company updates from February and March.

Officially Gravity Sketch Certified Trainers
To kick things off, we’re proud to share that we’re are now Gravity Sketch Certified Trainers! You may wonder what this means. In a nutshell Gravity Sketch have a range of certifications that people can complete, however they’ve recently had a redesign and have adjusted the requirements of the applicants. The new structure requires you to go through a variety of stages, to ensure you have a strong understanding of the software and its various implementation methods. We’ve been working our way up since our time as Gravity Sketch Student Ambassadors and have now reached the highest level of training ability!

Nottingham Trent University Design Exchange
Midway through the month we had the opportunity to exhibit at Nottingham Trent University’s inaugural Design Exchange event. This was a collaborative event across all disciplines within the school of Architecture, Design and Built Environment where students had the chance to speak to and present their work to industry professionals. Even though we were just exhibiting, we were really impressed by the quality of work on show.
We would like to thank Karen Winfield and the ADBE Team at NTU for this valuable opportunity and experience.
Design Truth
At the end of the month, Rob and I headed up to Manchester for Design Truth #014, an informal networking event for designers and a great opportunity to meet emerging talent and seasoned professionals. We highly recommend it.

Bespoke training session for Year 12 Design and Technology Students
Over the course of three weeks, we completed a bespoke training session for Leicester Grammar School’s Design and Technology students' and their teachers. The course was specifically aligned to the students’ ongoing architecture project, requiring them to design a bungalow for a disabled resident in a picturesque environment. We took the students through an accelerated onboarding session, allowing them to design a AnglePoise 12-27 desk lamp by the end of the session.
We’re supported by Santander Universities!
To close out the month, we’re super excited to share that we have secured funding via Santander Universities to help us improve our services and provide longer training sessions. Further information about our upcoming training session will be released shortly. Follow our LinkedIn page to keep in the loop with the latest updates!
It has been an exciting few months and a great start to 2024. Onwards and upwards! 🚀
